The best fish by a long way in Hyndburn. Nice & traditional eating area at the back with the owner Diane always makes you feel welcome. They also cater for anyone with challenging behaviour & special needs of which I regularly bring my friend Brandon there. Its his favourite day out ! Thank you to all the team at this Chippy.

An excellent special fish & chip lunch in the cafe reasonably priced which is available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. The cafe was extremely clean & inviting with floral arrangements on the tables. The staff,with Diane at the helm,were very helpful & welcoming. Thank you. Kathleen.

What a find, after seeing the signpost many times we decided to try the Village Chippy in Hapton. What a pleasant surprise to have delicious fish and scrummy chips served fresh and hot. The taste was unbelievable and we can't wait to go again. A jewel in the fish and chip world and in Huncoat. Worth the drive. Thankyou

Service with a smile. The food here was excellent. The portions hearty and the staff friendly. I will definitely return. Remember, cash is king. They do card but understand in these times it's best to use cash whenever possible. Bear that in mind and enjoy the food. It's grand.

I have lived in Huncoat for over 20 years and this chippy is exactly what the village needed. The new owners must have spent a fortune refurbishing the premises to such a high standard. The staff are always happy and friendly. Serving good value top quality food at a reasonable price. My favourite is the enormous fresh fish and ample fluffy chips. Recommend.
